A decade has slipped by. It’s incredible how time flies. My decade of my early mommy years is over. Sure I have a baby still, but with the new year, my oldest son moves into double digits. Hard to believe 10 years ago I was pregnant.

Every New Year, I feel the same sense of loss for time with loved ones that can never be relived. I try to appreciate all the wonderful opportunities and experiences I had in the year I’m leaving and try to create realistic goals to work toward in the year to come. For me, incorporating my boys into this process makes it even more meaningful. We talk about what we want to do together this year as a family, what they want to work toward individually and how we will make our ambitions turn into reality. It’s so good to have goals for yourself. It’s as good to teach your children to visualize as well.

I’ll formulate my goals for tomorrow’s post – I want to think a bit more about it.

This year I have a lot planned for RBW. Please be sure to check back frequently. More videos will be posted and opportunities for interaction with members. Keep sending your emails filled with questions, suggestions and ideas. They are what helps to make the site successful.
