Giving Back
Creativity is a turning point for something greater.
Giving the Gift of Creativity
At WovenSmart, we believe that creativity can be a turning point in someone’s life. That’s why giving back is woven into the heart of everything we do. The Creative Catalyst Initiative was created to ensure that access to creativity, connection, and transformation isn’t limited by circumstance. Through community partnerships, sponsored opportunities, and intentional programming, we make sure creativity reaches the people who need it most—because everyone deserves the chance to heal, grow, and be seen.
No barriers to growth
The Creative Catalyst Initiative
Where creativity becomes a turning point.
This isn’t charity. It’s transformation. The Creative Catalyst Initiative is about opening doors—to possibility, identity, and belonging—for those who may otherwise be left out of the room.
Whether it’s someone rebuilding after hardship, a young creative looking for a first step, or a quiet leader learning to use their voice, we believe creativity is the spark that can change everything.
Fuel growth with purpose and clarity.
Sponsor a Seat
No one left out of the room.
Every WovenSmart workshop, gathering, or retreat includes seats for individuals facing financial or situational hardship. These are not discounts—they’re acts of belief.
Supporters can gift a seat at checkout and receive an anonymous story from someone they’ve helped. Every recipient is welcomed with dignity and warmth.

Creative Access Fellowships
For the doers with untapped dreams.
These quarterly fellowships offer artists, entrepreneurs, and community leaders a 6-week journey of workshops, coaching, and co-creation.
Fellowship participants receive mentorship, private sessions, studio/gallery access, and a platform to publicly share their work—amplifying creative leadership in Cleveland and beyond.

The Collective Table
Because nourishment goes beyond food.
Our signature community dinners—like Sunday Sauce and Soulful Brunch—bring people together for guided conversations, art, and storytelling.
These gatherings are designed to create belonging and visibility. Anyone can sponsor a seat, host a table, or simply come to connect.
We don’t offer handouts. We offer doorways.
We believe in dignity, access, and the truth that creativity can change a life. When you give, collaborate, or participate—you become part of that change.
Creative Relief Fund
When someone just needs a spark.
This micro-grant program offers small but meaningful support—like a pass to a class, time in the studio, or a quiet space to reset—for people navigating burnout or transition.
Awards are nomination-based and include a handwritten invitation and an optional reflection follow-up.
