Wow. I just had a wonderful taping for the upcoming episodes of Raising Boys podcast. The name Conversations with Mothers Raising Boys is now out…in with the new – Raising Boys.
We had our first ever male guest. His name is Dr. Cary Chugh. Dr. Chugh is a child psychologist known for his innovative approach to working with children struggling with behavioral problems. He has developed a unique set of strategies, referred to as behavior-limited discipline, which offers considerable promise for parents, teachers, and therapists working with challenging children. His new book, Don’t Swear with Your Mouth Full! When conventional discipline fails unconventional children, explains this new approach in detail and provides easy-to-follow steps to effectively work with headstrong children.
I don’t think he knew what he was getting into when he graciously accepted my invitation to participate in our discussion. He was a trooper with all the women…and topics. I can’t wait for you to hear what we talked about. I think it will change the way you think about parenting and discipline.
