Were not Irish but we’re at a Celtic festival right now and boy do they know how to have fun!
As a type this I’m listening to a wonderful band with drums and bag pipes. They’re fantastic. The bag pipes always make me cry. They played Amazing Grace and wow the crowd was quiet…then came the jig and things started having some fun.
Men in kilts, beer, swords and other Celtic stuff I don’t know enough about to be able to tell you.
Going to local festivals is great for the kids. Something to see and do and learn. Even for big kids!
