It’s a new year, and I find myself reflecting.  A decade has slipped by since my eldest was born. It’s incredible how time flies. My decade of my early mommy years is over. Sure I have a baby still, but with the new year, my oldest son moves into double digits.

Every January, I feel the same sense of loss for time with loved ones that can never be relived. I try to appreciate all the wonderful opportunities and experiences I had in the year I’m leaving and try to create realistic goals to work toward in the year to come. For me, incorporating my boys into this process makes it even more meaningful. We talk about what we want to do together this year as a family, what they want to work toward individually and how we will make our ambitions turn into reality. It’s so good to have goals for yourself, and it’s good to teach your children to visualize goals as well.

This year I have a lot planned for RBW!  We have new Contributing Authors, and we will be making a Contributing Authors Bio page.  More videos will be posted, a weekly Spreecast will be held, and lots of other opportunities for interaction with members.

Please be sure to check back frequently.  Keep sending your emails filled with questions, suggestions and ideas. They are what helps to make the site successful.
