By Renee Martinez, Founder of Raising Boys World

Visiting Washington, DC is a great destination for kids of all ages. If you’re traveling with boys, then you can design a trip they’ll really enjoy. We went to DC in February for a long weekend, but honestly, we could have stayed much longer. There’s lots to do. This is certainly not a comprehensive list, if you have anything to add to a boy-friendly trip, please post your comments so we can expand this list. This list represents some of the wonderful things to do that would have a strong appeal to boys, not that girls wouldn’t enjoy them to, but definitely preferred by boys.
